Payment:

I prefer Pay Pal as payment for items purchased in my basement. I also except checks and money orders. The last two options will slow down your delivery time as I have to wait for them to clear. I like payment within 7 days of close of sale.

Shipping:

My shipping policy is simple. The faster you pay the faster I ship. I like to ship quick because I know you can't wait to get that special treasure.

I use First class United States Postal Service. The cost of shipping is determined by the weight of the item, packaging materials, postage, etc. I do not get insurance unless you request it. I do send an e-mail to you the day I ship it. So we can easily keep track of your treasure.

My shipping manager (see below) will be sure everything goes smoothly during shipping.

Returns/Refunds:

Satisfaction is guarenteed here in Paul's basement. If you recieve a treasure and for any reason you are not pleased with it just simply return it. No questions asked. When I recieve it back in the same condition I sent it in I will award you a refund in the same manner you paid me for it. The buyer will be responsable for the return postage and packaging of the item. You must notify me via e-mail, within 7 days of recieving your treasure, of your intention to return an item.

E-Mails:

I've had a few situations where people say they haven't recieved e-mails notices or communication. If you have more than one e-mail account be sure to check the correct account you put on the order form. Also if you have a spam blocker be sure to check your blocked e-mails. It may be there. Treasures From Paul's Basement is committed to keeping you updated on your orders. So please be sure we're both using the same e-mail address. I want to make sure you're satisfied with your experience here in the basement.
